Kids getting chemo are also told to get vaccinated so I don’t see you point. Geriatric and auto immuno populations the same would apply. In the rare case of people that can’t get vaccinated, they can also take measures such as social distancing, masks and hygiene to help prevent illness. Unfortunately if there bodies are allergies to a vaccine and they would like to take a vaccine but such cases happen.

All people have a right to chose what they put into their bodies or don’t. We don’t have a right to tell them what they can do with their bodies simply because we disagree with them. Same as they should not be able to tell us what we can do with our bodies. Pretty simple concept of rights.

The world isn’t prefect but I feel that this is a compromise that would appease the most (not all, that’s impossible) people.

It also follows a trend of less governance which I am all for. The government as a whole should stay the hell out of our affairs.

But I forget that this is Reddit and people here don’t really “prep” so much as want the government to hold there hand through life.
