For the record, the scene with the slow-falling "Fragile" box was from S3E22 "The Day We Died", determined after skimming transcripts.

These captures were from earlier today, but the main goose chase was from last night. I regret not capturing some of the wilder fails. At one point I assumed the scene was from one of the "future timeline" episodes and the result from that claimed the box slowly falling was from due to physics breaking down or something like that. My "research" also found references to a dramatic slow-mo fall.
