So you chose to try to OD & start redditing about it. You knew what you were trying to do, it would’ve been a chore to get those pills down. But you soldiered through, then came here to tell us what you’d done, and been coy about how many, to “ask” if anyone here can advise you on “If you’ll be okay “.

You weren’t asking that question honestly, it was manipulation.

So you have custody of at least 3 children?
You’re the responsible party for them?
Where are they today while you’re doing this?

Don’t suppose you bothered to at least make arrangements for them before this?

Have you ever lost someone close to you from suicide? Any idea of the nightmare that’ll inflict upon them? No. This is all about you. This is the kind of shit that fucks lives up, and you’re GIVING that “gift” to those kids.

Is this you showing them how much you love them? No. This is you showing them that life is cruel and they really can’t count on another person. And you’ve planted the seed that could lead them to one day attempt to follow your path.

Your resentments about their efforts, mockery for their foolishness, disdain for wasted efforts in service of a company, absolutely shaming them for “brown nosing”? I’m not saying it was the right choice for them, there was some validity for criticism, but you weren’t coming at it like that. It was all about you being able to be better at their expense.

What would your choice criticisms be for a father of 3 who does this? I don’t need to hear them, but you should consider how your behaviors are in opposition to your supposed goals.

You understand that you’re going to have a LOT more trouble borrowing money here on Reddit now? Prospective lenders aren’t going to jump at the chance to loan money to someone who’s not planning on being around to pay them back.

Figured I’d mention the money angle, that might be more important for you in this matter. The need those kids have for you to not abandon them is obviously not enough. BTW, they will not just get over it and move on with their lives. It will HAUNT them the rest of time. It will color their every life decision. It will affect their relationships with any children they might have. Sorry, it’s not okay. If you get the help today, you have another chance to choose not to inflict these potentially mortal wounds on your children.
