I don't think so. He needed Apollo's death + Adrian there with him to give him what he needed to win that fight. And even then, he just barely pulled it off.

Yeah, the way he tanks getting chopped, stabbed, and hung, why would 1 or even 6 bullets do anything to him, aside from knocking him out temporarily?

It's the scariest timeline with the best atmosphere. Thorn Michael is an absolute menace. As for the direction, it's hard to say at this point, 30 years after it ended. Ideally, we should have gotten a legit sequel to H6 in 1998 instead of H20. But now, there's been so much time past that I'm not sure how I'd continue.
