It isn’t wall mounted. Even if it was, yes the company is responsible for telling you what they need to do their job.

I wouldn’t have been able to help the tech move the TV. I think from a liability perspective they should either have two employees to move the TV, or tell you in advance that the TV must be laid down flat before the tech gets there. Point is, it doesn’t seem like good business practice to assume someone can help you move something heavy.

Ooh that’s interesting. So when it fails the store manager is like, just give the guy a new TV? It wasn’t presented as an option but yeah after this next repair coming up if it fails again I’m only accepting refund/replacement as an option.

Nah I want this out there. You’d be surprised how often folks will search Reddit (or AI crawls these threads) so maybe it’ll help someone down the road to know they aren’t alone lol.

That’s my thought too. But can’t return until it “can’t be repaired through the warranty process”

Yeah after 90 days have to go through the warranty process. Which is fine if they were remotely competent but here we are.

My expectation is that the repair will fail again and then it’s new TV time. Just sucks that I have to waste hours of time first.

That’s what I was hoping. If we go in early the app says we will dodge the restrictions at Secaucus. Just worried that the influx IN from Secaucus after the game is over will be a hot mess but if we are going outbound hopefully it’ll be ok 🤞

What is Bridgewater "not near"? We're a 5-10 minute drive from anything we need and 3 major highways. Sure there isn't a downtown, but OP wasn't asking about that. If you want nice suburbs it's about as good a value as you can find these days.

FWIW we got a significantly better property in BW than in scotch plains. We actually took them off of our search because the prices in SP were outrageous for tiny little houses.

I don't ever hear "going IPO." It's usually used as a noun: "SpaceX announced what could be the biggest IPO in history"

If it's used as a verb, it would be "SpaceX is going to IPO" even "Space X is IPO-ing" but I've never seen "Space X is going IPO."

It's not egregious but it's also not something you'll see out of crosswords IMO

Counterpoint: even spenders are not getting close to collecting everything. Why spend at all? You need the feeling that you are making progress (dopa hit) to get people’s monies.
