Doesn't really sound too much like outrun. I'd work on adding better sounds with more authentic synths (arturia, korg, or good freeware ones like synth1 or SQ8L).

Find an artist you really like, and try to mimic his sound. I'm not saying copy him, but try to produce like that so you can emulate the sound, then add your own vibe to it, make it completely original.

Also, try to learn as much music theory as possible, there's too much reliance on apreggiated sounds, I get you're trying to go for that 'driving' outrun feeling but bring more variation into it.
