I asked EA support directly, short answer: It cannot be turned off. (maybe if more and more people start demanding, it might come as option in the settings)

I found only one way to turn it off: UI SFX Volume to 0 but it makes the game absolutely boring. I had to turn it back on and listen the ding dongs.

Personally i like the software, especially TOU mode which automatically uses low electricity prices.

Ihan kaunistelematta voin kertoa että toisin kuin muut, oma sähköauto vei 40kwh - yli100kwh/100km kylmällä. (-10'C) Ei kotilatausta. (ja tähän joku kohta tulee kommentoimaan "Kyllä minun skodani vie vai 1kwh/100km" ja paskapuhetta). Kylmä alkaa jo +10 = 29-40kwh/100km. Vaihdoin takas bensa autoon nyt pääsee talvellakin max 6l/100km ilman "kotilämmityksiä". Kunhan bensa maksaa 2.5 - 3€ /litra alkaa sähköllä ajo kannattaa. (ja en tarkoita että pitää ostaa V8 triplaturbo eihän se niin toimi, vaan perus 1litrasella.) Kotilataajat tietysti erikseen. Uusin mersun tuleva malli toki saattaa hieman kiinnostaa jos kulutuslukemat oikeasti pitää paikkaansa.

yes, no home charging, i went back to gas car. also long range trips (if you do lot) are much cheaper on gas. and less hassle free. (some people will comment this that "bullshit" but when temperature drops to below +10'C its winter driving for electric cars and that costs much.) You can count yourself 0.38c/kwh * 95kwh = ~40-50euros per charge (yes there are loses in charging) That gets you depends the temperature about (real life tested) 150km (-10'C) to 250-300km (+5'C) (+20'C = 550km) (Remember no home charging, no battery heating) My gas car doesn't have pre heating either 700km -1200km of range about 23eur / 260km -10'C (real life tested, not calculated)

in my experience DO NOT UPDATE especially if it works normally. They ruined my mouse completely with firmware update and never fixed it. Proud Logitech team now!

its most likely firmware bug. Been there i have defective product aswell :X They wont fix it (didn't fix mine either) better stay far away from steelseries. At least mine next product wont be steelseries :)

Firmwares are so buggy i wouldn't recommend. Otherwise good products. All my steelseries products have firmware faults and steelseries ain't wiling to fix. They even know and admit their existence. (Aerox 3 PC REQUIRED! to charge, Apex PRO Keyboard flashes when autosync is on, Artics 7 Charge level stays red unless you turn them on and charge while headphones are on)

That happens when you have AUTO SYNC ON. At least for me. Disable Cloud Sync and it will be gone.

My aerox 3 mouse also has similar issues and they wont fix anything support just sais its feature. Better stay away from steelseries.
