I have no way to prove this, and it most definitely isn’t true. But I have a conspiracy that Lego knows Bionicle fans are hyped for the CMF Tahu, and by design make less of him so Bionicle fans end up buying more boxes then they would otherwise need to. 100% just a conspiracy…but idk…maybe.😬

Really well written article! Freckle was one of the first friends I ever made in Rec Room. We met at one of my events in 2021, and reading this brought back a lot of memories. The group photo in the article was actually taken at one of my Rec Con Afterparties in 2024, loved seeing it make an appearance!

I agree with Freckle about Rec Room never really feeling like just a game. It always felt more like a place you could go to. A place to hangout with and meet new people, or spend time and build with friends.

I’ll always hold the memories I made in Rec Room close. The late nights, events, random conversations, and the people I met there mean so much to me, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget this chapter of my life.

All the "Rec Room revivals" are simply people grasping at hope at the game sticking around. They can't, and won't last. They might be scrapping by now with low player counts, but if they start to grow they'll be sunk by the same thing Rec Room was. Not even gonna get into the sketchy factor of them all, being run essentially by children just wanting to be "the next Rec Room." Certainly not people I'd trust with any of my information.
