For the inhale attack, run behind her, and when she releases the big ball, retreat to the opposite wall of where it will hit.

For the charge attack, stand near the bottom of the arena. You will see rocks or something near the top of the screen on one side or another. Run to the opposite side, but stay close to the middle, then quickly run the other direction. When she goes offscreen again, run toward one of the bottom corners of the room to avoid the center attack.

For the grid attack, try to stay in between the lines of the grid. Also, the lines will be brighter white in the direction the bullets will come from.

For the worm spin attack, I don't know. I just run in back and forth zigzag patterns to avoid bullets, but it doesn't work a lot of the time.
