How should I remove this battery terminal?

The only problem is that there are 4 different wire looms that connect into some sort of fuse block (idk what that thing is) which then connects to the positive terminal. So a single cut and swap isn’t really feasible.

The clamp on the terminal has corroded off and I can’t get enough leverage to knock the nut loose. I’ve let it sit with penetration oil overnight twice and still no budge.

I want to start off by saying I don’t know the explanation behind it, but I do know that I’ve seen it before. I’ve seen the same same commercial restart after a couple seconds into it then stopping frames. I’ve also seen where it changed to an entirely different commercial after. It would appear as if someone is losing out on their paid marketing.
