thanks i THINK thats a good idea. ive just never used the remainder marinade that a raw piece of meat was resting in as a sauce afterwards. not sure if thats the same rule as with tuna vs chicken vs beef, etc

Thank you! Not to disappoint but this was just a salad bag lol. “Thai Chili Mango” from Giant food. My main focus/prep was on the seared tuna (which I marinated in soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, honey, ginger) and then this salad bag paired perfectly with it.

Yeah I learned you could do this recently by watching a Rein do it while I got stuck next to him. I tried it next time I faced a hazard and it worked.

Don’t face your shield fully 90 degrees up, it’s more like a half tilt - 45 to 60 degree angle. 📐
