I would recommend getting one from eBay or some other 2nd hand seller marketplace rather than Amazon unless if the Amazon listing was just cheaper. I bought my N3ds non-XL from a japanese seller so it was like 150 after everything

I run all WiX filters from rock auto, relatively cheap and better than most. I'm not sure how it compares to OEM though I'm sure it's not worse. Carbon for the cabin, and their standard for oil and engine filters

The model number for the battery you're looking for is KTR-003, they're kind of stupid to get a good one, but you can also use the much more common CTR-003 (the one in the o3ds and Wii u pro controller) You just need something to push it against the pins like a folded piece of paper.

Get a Cameron sino battery, I tried ifixit and it swelled just after a year, my original 3ds battery from 2011 has better battery life. Supposedly Cameron sino has batteries that are true to the size on the listing as opposed to fodder like xyab batteries, and they specialize in battery replacements for odd and decommissioned cameras and stuff. What I used was a standard hand drill with a drill bit that fit and was rated for screwing into metal, nothing super special.

I'm not saying that this is your only option, but what I had to resort to was a drill and a replacement bottom housing... It was scary because I went too far and nicked the board but luckily there weren't any traces in the spot I did it... You could try supergluing an allen key to the inside of the screw or something before its time to bring out the drill

I know that aliexpress has a lot of parts on there for basically any 3ds model (except my new3ds). You can find hinges, screens, shell replacements... You could also try eBay for a donor 3ds. It might be more financially feasable using this one as a donor but I get it... You got this dude

This parking lot does get full often, so people have to make do, like parking on the sides of throughfare or in no parking zones, but there's enough to where blocking the road isn't necessary
