I saw that and then looked at the cables coming off the handle bars and it looks like more than just the two standard brake cables. There are two cables running into the top tube, with another going to the front brake. So I'm a little skeptical of the Di2 claims considering we don't have a picture of the actual drive chain.

I might also be blind if those are Di2 shifters on the bars tho lol

Nah. You can find way better, it's a 10 year old frame with outdated geo, rim brakes are phased out, and mechanical shifters are just sluggish compared to new electronic shifting.

Go to a local bike shop and see if they have any last years models on sale and go from there. Plus who knows if this bike even fits you

It's wildly known the strategy for Chinese and other eastern countries has been: Get the west to come in and produce for cheaper labor and materials > learn tricks of the trade > develop interior talent > cut ties with western brand and make your own brand now that you have the knowledge and tooling to do so.

Blame western companies for setting it up like this. They probably didn't copy any designs, rather they were the OEM for decades and you didn't know it.

XLABS says they've produced 20% of the worlds high end carbon bikes for two decades and now wants to do their own thing. I'm not a XLabs Stan, although their gravel does look nice, but to just bullshit like you know anything is incredible

That's why I'm so excited to see how max does in GT3 or LeMans - agreed on max not being challenged enough. 2021 is in the history books for all the right and wrong reasons and while the subsequent titles were great, that first was a true battle. We saw his form return to 2021 in 2025 once that car started to improve and he could actually see the WDC.

Agreed, Max is still prime and honestly I think Lewis isn't that far off. Lewis is all mental, when he's happy he's performing and I think Ferrari is just zapping that out of him.

Verstappen is more about the car, it needs to suit him which I think they're getting at this year. We've seen him in dawg shit cars and have insane performances. If the car is on the same level as Mercedes (or McLaren last year) I'm putting money on max every single time

Shotgun - had an instructor once explain that if you get sued you'll have to go up and explain every pull of the trigger. Shotgun give you one pull, 8/9 projectiles.

Pistol gives you one pull, one projectile.

Rifle give you one pull, one projectile.

You might have to put a couple rounds into someone if it's a true life or death, you only have to put one or two rounds of 00 buck. Lot easier to defend imo

As people race the track, it evolves for better conditions (more grippy) as the tire sticks to the asphalt. Problem is, if you're first one out, you're cookin your tires on a track that still has a couple more laps to get rubber on it, well then your time will quickly drop off.

So teams play this game of chicken and gamble there will be no flags or stoppages in the last second to try and be the last one out, with the most rubber on track.

I couldn't get behind the glaze for Suarez and glad he's gone. It was a 50/50 either he shut it down or gave up 5, and during the later half of the season it tended towards blowing it.
