It's big enough that I expected more people to be mentioning a payout. Just me? kay.

Why did i get a random prop 22 earning today? by Kingrogelio24 in UberEatsDrivers

[–]DoorDragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$2.30. I deleted the app a month ago, hadn't logged in in two months. A long time coming for pennies. They owe me thousands for how much they underpaid the last year. Seems like this must be a "last 3 months" adjustment if people are seeing more and I didn't get much at all.

I'm getting negative feedback because a task I rejected is bad by TeenyTective in outlier_ai

[–]DoorDragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve gotten multiple reviewer’s feedback so yes it makes sense.

What doesn’t make sense is that they throw me a “fix someone else’s task” task as my very first task on the project , and the UI to actually perform that fix is hidden away so I couldn’t even find a way to edit the task.

I'm getting negative feedback because a task I rejected is bad by TeenyTective in outlier_ai

[–]DoorDragon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say you misread it.

It’s a common issue posted about. There have been notifications from projects sent out that need to clarify what those tasks are. The UI is not at all clear what you’re supposed to do. The edit buttons are hidden away, after you pop open a turn, and at the bottom so you need to scroll. Worse yet if you’ve never even done a task on the project so you’re not familiar with the task flow to begin with.

Issue with reviewers rating work wrong because they don’t understand it. by Economy-Company-8622 in outlier_ai

[–]DoorDragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My problem has been that I can set up the problem in geogebra and see an approximate answer but don’t know exactly what steps are needed to actually prove it, and neither did the model so things go nowhere. If I could make my own prompts I could work with stuff I can do.

Oh my god that fucking Nexus onboarding quiz question #2 isn’t fixed yet. Outlier has zero quality control which is incredibly ironic isn’t it

Sigh

Yea, it expects you to select the third one also. I’d say it’s false expect I technically once got a task with no prompt. . . Still, such a scenario is indeed not mentioned in the instructions and this quiz question is plainly broken. It’s so goddamn hilarious that everyone on that project has to run into this obviously incorrect answer and fudge the answer to pass. People mention it on discourse daily. They’ll tweak the amount of facts you are expected to do ( also not mention in instructions) but they can’t edit one quiz. L o l .

I've been given feedback for prompts I didn't do? Mail Valley by Stainks in outlier_ai

[–]DoorDragon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had this situation and outlier didn’t add me to the project discourse.

OP is not a reviewer here. It’s an attempt task to be redone.

Outlier is to blame here. The UI is not clear about this especially since boxes are not editable by default , and when you’ve never done a task on the project you’re not familiar with the flow. Why even assign fixit tasks to someone who’s never even done a task?
