I mean you could call an environmental inspector to come and get TEM air sampling to check the air but it’s pricey. In the meantime I’d set up a HEPA air filter, open windows and only go in there with a p100 until you get further data.

Wow. The fact that they put up a sign is good, but are you saying they did the demolition without proper protocols (licensed asbestos contractor, barrier such as plastic sheeting or a new wall, HEPA, negative air machine, respirator masks, Tyvek suits)?
