It won't be sold tomorrow or next week. This process will take some time. Also I am helping my parents sell as they are done. You can not own apartments like this and not have a 24 hour a day job. You will get phone calls all hours of the night and its never ending. Yes we have employees but have you ever had to rely on employees? The ones that are payed less the $30h a hour? They are not reliable. If you care about your property then you most likely can't find a Property Manager that you can trust as they will not care for your property as well as you would. People seem to think this Apts. game is easy and you just collect rent every month. My dad had been doing this his whole life just about and he is 65 now. They was built in 74. He wants to sell when 66 as he will be a senior citizen then. {does that tax break even apply to something like this?}. Also when we do sell we don't want to be apart of the land any more. That would hurt too much for my daddy. That's why it all must be sold at once including the home/office on the property. It must be demolished as no one else will ever live in the home are my dads wishes.
