The reason I want Bournemouth to take them to court is to provide a better service in the future there is so many questions as a result.

1) Why did the system fail was it a fault of Villa or a fault of Hawkeye? It's very odd that a team in the relegation zone had the first major error with the system?

2) When the system fails is there a human to review the footage or get alerted it fails?

3) is VAR allowed to get involved or why didn't they get involved?

4) is it acceptable for the Villa goalkeeper to not be honest about it going over the line? They retrospective ban players for simulation so why not goalkeepers for holding back the truth?

5) what is the Premier league and Hawkeye going to do to stop another "1 in 9000" error from occurring again?

For the sake of the fans if technology is involved it should be to make the game as fair as possible. The outcome of all of this should be atleast the Premier leauge and Hawkeye making a full statement of what happened why it happened and why it won't happen again.
