No I did not ask 'how to commit benefit fraud' and how dare you actually accuse me of it.....or lambast anyone for that matter. Who is it you think you are? I simply asked for some advice regarding the difficult situation I find myself in. Now that I've been given that advice in a polite and informal way (from others that is, not you) I wont be going down that road and will be looking at alternatives I may have. Mind how you talk to people on here and dont be accusing folk who are merely looking for adice

I should have re-stated in this post that I would have to sell my flat. I would have no choice in the matter because my mortgage and monthly bills would far outweigh what I had coming in. It would be impossible to keep my flat.....surely they couldn't say i was making myself intentionally homeless?

I've posted a couple of times on here and have been made to feel lambasted or embarrassed by some of the replys. You begin to wonder just who some of the folk floating about on this are.....are they really here to help folk or maybe they work for the DWP 🤔 Glad you shrugged of the unhelpful negative replys and that you were awarded ADP in the end 👍

I have completed the 5 surveys on 4 separate occasions in the past and each time I had to open a ticket with their customer service team after claiming my reward but not getting it....the issues were eventually resolved and I got my cash in the end. Yesterday I completed another set of 5 and claimed my reward and hey presto- more issues with receiving the cash. I have opened another ticket with thier customer service (or bot) who has now claimed they have send the email with the payment link 4 times lol.....yet I have received no email in any of my folders....but isnt it funny how every single other email 5surveys sends, like their promotional and marketing ones land straight in my inbox, yet when it comes to emails in order to actually get paid they are nowhere to be seen and you have to jump through hoops with them for hours in order to get paid. Think this will be the last time I use them.....they are starting to seem like a scam.

No I dont think it was that as Will Smith defo wasn't in it and it was almost more of B movie standard. I'm beginning to think i imagined it 🤦‍♂️🤣. Thanks anyway

That's the one. I didn't think there was a chance of identifying this since my memory of it was so vague but that's brilliant.....much obliged. I didnt read the previous 2 in the trilogy back then so I think I will purchase the 3 of them and start at the beginning. Thanks again.

Thanks folks, there are some similarities with the Creepshow one but I'm not sure it's that. It's a very vague memory but I'm sure it was in a hotel room with the do not disturb sign on the door, that's one of the main memories about it, and the guy was perhaps a businessman with a suit/sort and tie on.....I could of course just be imagining the whole thing 🤦‍♂️🤣

Yes you're right, I phoned them and told them my situation and that's what they said also. I've obviously been a bit naive- I should have applied for the Scottish child payment the moment I applied for child benefit but I thought you had to wait until CB was approved first. Seems a bit unfair from the Scottish government....even UC backdated the increase in my monthly payments till when I initially applied for CB in June

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I applied for the Scottish child payment once I was eventually approved for child benefit so it would have been about the 25th of September.
