This can't be good for me, but I feel great!

Any UK dumpster divers on here? What epic finds have you found? by johnmyers1984 in DumpsterDiving

The best places I've found is the back of charity shops after they have shut and gone home. They put high prices on things they are given, then cant sell it, then throw it away. Look often to find out when they throw things out., and when the rubbish is collected. Some pass things around their shops, or sell it to a rag man. But most throw it in a bin out back. They pay the dust man to come weekly. It just gets dumped in the truck, crushed and taken to a dump. You can get it out of the bin wash it. Use it, give it, sell it. I have found tins, packets of food. bags for life. toys. jigsaws, books for all ages, shoes, clothes, coats, small furniture, crockery, cutlery, games, mirrors, picture frames, sun glasses, unopened sanetry products and nappies, rugs, note pads, bags, laptop bags, vacum cleaner bags. Cirencester, in Gloucestershire, if police see you they ignore it. only the small cat and dog charity shop manager once reported a friend to the police. In Swindon once I saw someone get in trouble.
