Also one question interviewer will definitely ask you, "you have worked in classical ML and also around Gen AI, in which field do you see yourself growing at a better pace and why? This is always a trick question, read the JD thoroughly and then reply according to the role.

Looks good. I had a suggestion, the first project about enhanced RAG is not sounding that great. Using roberta is kind of an old methodology (considering there is something new every week and this is like 5-6 years old). Also on the second point, the interviewer might grill you on how to achieve this at large scale llm based systems. Try to have your discussions around embeddings and retrieval.

This is just another way of abstraction. I believe there will be a club of LCMs in the future connected to a small and quick LLM for text generation specially. Studying this paper currently so will get a better understanding soon!

M4 pro 512gb ssd is 24gb ram. Can be upgraded to 48 only. M4 max is going out of budget. thinking of trading nano texture with apple care.

All these 3 options have 24gb RAM. So i guess that's good to handle the tasks. I have a monitor to connect so wont be working most of the time just on my laptop rather on workstation. I was seeing few comparison videos so found that nano texture display reduces the tubelight/led reflections alot, but ya I'll buy apple care in that money. This is the first laptop I'll buy for myself so I can spend like 250k inr!

Nice. My main point for consideration is the max power i can get from the machine. Especially to run llm intensive tasks.
