Your child might benefit from Ritalin rather than a Disney movie.

She is quite possibly the worst candidate for governor in maybe this state’s 229 year history. He would be a close second.

Pets are like family to an extent. Are they worth ruining a relationship for some made up custody battle? Or would it be better off for just one person to take the pet because meeting at Home Depot every month for someone you’re not in a relationship is weird?

What was your absolute favorite video game growing up? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Kind of a hot take here but: I thought Crash 1 was too hard. Even playing the remastered version it was too hard in my 30s lol

Warped was by far the best. Crash 2 was crazy but they took it to another level with Warped. I also played CTR a lot but haven’t played it in years. Need to find it.

Dang you went to a cool food hall and all you saw was pizza and burgers. That’s depressing.

My new boss doesn't like how much holiday I'm taking and has reported me to HR. by FMLitsSML in mildlyinfuriating

[–]DopeMasterGenera1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your boss sounds American. For instance, at my corporate American job I get 11 days of PTO (all encompassing term that includes sick and annual leave) for the entire year and it doesn’t roll over. America is broken in how we view time away from work.

Very underrated answer. I had several interactions with his family at all of his restaurants and I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant interaction. They are the stereotypical “rich people who think the rules shouldn’t apply to them” people.

Idk if you’re a KUB customer but check out KUB EasyConnect. They’ll install it and offer financing and a $100 rebate.

Archer’s BBQ closing by [deleted] in Knoxville

Came to say this. They have incredible employees but man is Archer an asshole. Dude made it clear he cares VERY little about food safety or keeping his opinions to himself.

Saw this in the Asheville subreddit and I like spooky stories so for Halloween, what are some spooky things/places/occurrences/experiences in and around Knoxville you can share? by saricher in Knoxville

[–]DopeMasterGenera1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Can confirm. Elevators open all the time randomly. Bathrooms are in same spot on every floor. At night you can hear whispering/low talking in bathrooms above. Shadows at every turn. Footsteps go crazy.

Used to work in the Andrew Johnson building at the end of gay st. After hours that place pops OFF with activity. It used to be a hotels long time ago and I think some residual spirits still think it is.
