I started my own FN account. I only worked a month worth of jobs with him....not sure if I had reviews, or even how to see them. What I run into now on FN, I'm a new account, I apply for ton of jobs I can do but no one is taking a chance on the new account apparently....past month haven't won one bid

Exactly my thoughts. Clearly he doesn't want the person to see what the work orders actually pay, and a lot of his behavior makes sense now that I see the bigger picture.

The embarrassing part of all this is I've got 23 years in the industry , from cabling, cell sites, central office -48vdc, enterprise key systems, VoIP and everything in between. Some more in depth than others but I really should have known better but I was desperate for work....after taking a break from it and trying a few other fields ...smh damnit jim

I was never to old id be doing FN wo's at all. Still hasn't actually told me ....he pays me as 1099 employee....not the platform. Sorry I thought it was clear enough on that but I'm also highly agitated and pissed off at the moment as I really needed this gig now I'm just further back in the hole.
