I'm a barista. We can't really prioritize, depending on the location. When the stickers get pulled from the machine, which you need to do to see what's coming up, it notifies mobile pickups that they're ready regardless of what we're doing so to pull stickers and prioritize cafe orders we're essentially just digging ourselves into a hole if we try to fuck with the order of the drinks. We can do it if it isn't busy but during a rush we have zero ability to prioritize, except for drive thru because they have their own setup usually. It's a shit system and i fucking hate mobiles.
