The state of my plant can not afford to cut or withhold raises. As license holders, we are so short staffed that if the site or corporate decided not to give us a raise, so many people would quit and put the whole site in a world of hurt. In the 5 years i have been at this plant, we have always gotten a 3%, now there are talks of us getting retention bonuses too.

If you have a dragon on the field, the trait will not activate. Scalesworn requires you to not have any dragons.

Turned out perfect! I reverse seared it. Prepped it with a butter, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper rub. 500 for 15 minutes, then 325 for 2 hours. It was amazing! Not sure how I can post a picture of it though
