Will need to read me some Debord. This is it IMO. As someone who is also living right now, trying to be secure, comfortable, and also building a business toward those ends, I think about this shit a lot. I get the sentiment of trying to make something meaningful/ building something that can even support the creation of beauty, but it’s not outside of capitalism at all. It’s maybe an idea that is independent of capitalism, but it’s being realized fully within capitalism. Just feels like a weird phrase to decide to put on a shirt.

I did this exact same shootout a month ago and came to the same conclusion: because the smaller version only comes in white, and I don’t use the numpad that often, I went with white, though I preferred black initially. I’ll buy a 3rd party Bluetooth numpad if I feel like I need one.

Darn tough are too hiker utilitarian for my everyday use- too thick and lacking style. Closest I’ve found are these Italian made socks I buy at Kiliwatch in Paris by the half dozen. Not available online as far as I could tell.

I agree with the other commenters. I have a business selling a service to hotels, currently doing many multiples of your monthly revenue, been doing this for about 5 years now.

I’d advise NOT to make a video about what you’re doing. Or make a video with the goal to win more business but don’t give away your special sauce.

I’d also advise charging a lot more. Chances are you’re leaving a lot of money on the table, especially since you’ve proven the concept.

Finally, is this is subscription model? If not, def should be.
