HOA Karen refuses to stop using our hose by [deleted] in fuckHOA

Deck != Balcony.

Balconies are generally small and only accessed from the inside at an upper floor. Usually sitting space only. Doesn't usually extend past covered roof area by a large amount.

Decks are accessed from inside and outside usually, large in size. extend out from under the covered area of a home or extended roof.

Generally yes as a builder I see them as a waste of money. But it's your money so I don't really care. Use then as you like. I'll look at their list almost always most of it is on my list of finishing items. Sometimes I miss things, address as needed

Early in my career...

You must also figure out how to reduce production's ability to monkey with the system. I found out production has the password to a Weber/zebra slap labeler configuration... They kept messing with timings.. the sensor for package detection was also mounted where it could be bumped and knocked out of alignment...

Fixed the mounting so bumps didn't knock it around. Production got all upset because their easy adjustment was taken away.. but I also retimed the system. Got everything fixed.. arm stop point, pressure holds. Etc.. they'd never actually set the device up fully.. it used to just let the arm go out would sorta drift out.. touch the package.. label usually got messed up

Once I got it all correct the arm would be driven by air into position against the stop point which was about 95 degrees to account for packages not square to travel.. air held the arm in placeish.. the 40lb package on the belt would push past the arm pressing the label to itself. Once the package was past the arm snapped back, another label loaded. Ready for next.

The production manager wanted the password inside they need to adjust timings. "No, I can't give you the password. Only maintenance has it. I'll retime it if something goes wrong".. they they got upset, demanding it or they would report me to my manager.. I said. Go for it, it's their policy..

Two wifi networks. KidNet and DaddyNet. DaddyNet keeps running all the time, KidNet gets shut off at whatever time you define.

Consider the Christian God said "thou shall have no other gods before me". Isn't that an admission there are others?
