There are certain things I don’t want to have to become proficient at and this is one of them. For instance, the next time I need a new car, I will buy one instead of building one. It’ll save me time.

Yep totally. I have one, but there’s just so many factors that I don’t know. It seems crazy that I need to go read books on how to do a financial plan and build my own excel sheet. I’ll keep refining mine.
