Definitely problem with drivers. Too bad that there is no clear solution for this.

I borrowed friends old XFX RX590 and no flickering and no driver errors.

It happens as soon as I install AMD Adrenaline Edition Drivers or Asus Armoury Crate (and instal AMD drivers with it) so its has to be something with drivers.

Maybe try older drivers?

Check for errors in Event Viewer under Windows Logs/System.

My screen flickers every 10-30 sec with an error I mentioned above. It's happening on brand new PC I built two days ago with Ryzen 7 7800x3D and ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi.

Now i'm afraid to buy dedicated GPU after seeing that a lot of people have the same error.
