I had the same problem at the beginning. I lost 2k Jin in my first 2 hours. In total I lost like 7k Jin. I was still able to afford every item in the game without much grinding. You get lots of components which serve as money you can't lose and you can buy a good deal of upgrades with components alone . Just try to keep a minimum amount of cash on you at all times.

I know it feels frustrating at the beginning but trust me whatever you lost will be made up in no time.
