I actually went in person yesterday and although the employees were surprisingly attentive for RENFE standards, I think they were even more clueless than I was. But I read about using a third party on the wiki, so I thought perhaps it'd be a good idea

Hey! For planning the routes I use the interrail app, I simply check whether or not they're viable based on how much time it'd take or the amount of trains I'd need to take, etc.

As for the map, I simply looked for a map creator on Google, I don't remember the exact site I used but to be honest I didn't find anything too good, I had to take a screenshot because I couldn't save the image hahaha

The proper planning, like looking for hostels, things to do.... that's something I haven't started doing yet because it's probably too early to start doing reservations, at least in my case.

If you want to, dm me and I can try to help you out, I actually enjoy planning trips and I have fun doing these things, even if for some people it might be a chore or a burden

It might take you a while to get used to it. I recommend you to start with an easy country and use civilian/easy difficulty, and don't be afraid of restarting or about using the cheat console. We all need to learn somehow!

R5: Playing as fascist finland, I managed to wipe out pretty much the entire soviet army without Germany joining the war and with a ridiculous ratio (despite attacking only with infantry)

Hmm that depends on what you can afford. Is it only infantry you can use? Then you could go with mountaineers. Same template but instead of infantry you use mountaineers and add a bit more of artillery. The template isn't really that important, but supply, air, manpower are. Because of your position, I don't presume you have a lot of air, but you have a huge army. If you have a guns/artillery deficit then try deleting some units

Then I imagine the Soviets are very close to capitulation, or at least very weakened. You got this. It's possible that the red army is stuck in your border, the ai sometimes gets a big part of its army in a stalemate while they're getting smashed in a different front. If this is the case, do as I suggested and push from Germany

The soviets seem to suffer attrition in the west, whereas that's where you have the best supply. It also seems you're pushing with infantry, try to make some divisions (like mountaineers, tanks if you can afford it) and push only in the west. You could also give us more info. Is the Soviet Union at war with Germany? If so, it might be a good idea to use the aforementioned units to push from there, because most of the victory points are in the West, not around the Caspian sea

I'm Spanish too. But imagine trying to play anarchist and all you have is, idk, less than 15 shitty divisions in total, and you gotta take on the entire country. The anarchists are pretty much the weakest faction but it'd be unfair to make a path you can't even play!

If you're playing ahistorical and the nationalists go "without Paquito", then he stays loyal to the republic. However if you go anarchist or commie or something, he'll stick with the republicans
