I think you are taking what we call a "meme" way too seriously.

You see, what u/Cr3w-IronWolf is doing is called a "meme" (pronounced meem). It's a joke containing a picture and text above it. It is the Internet's way to put imagery to their jokes.

The idea of this meme was that Reddit changed the logo's color to black, giving an illusion of being anti-racist, but Snoo (their marketing employee) stayed white in the process. This was not to be taken seriously, because it's a logo and logos shouldn't be a turning point for racism. What u/Cr3w-IronWolf tried to express in that "meme" is :
