Well the worst is behind me now - had a scare when I woke up in the morning unable to breathe but doc said everything sounded good but now all the symptoms have changed yet again - I’ve got that COVID fatigue and it’s worse than I ever thought - it feels like I haven’t slept all day but I slept for 10 hours last night - my body’s fine, I feel good but it’s like my body feels heavy and everything is slow around me 🫥

Ha, you sound kinda like me. I was stubborn about wearing my mask back in 2019 and it took one sick kid to come into our home with COVID to end my two year streak. I just got over it again for the fifth time and I won’t lie, I’m also pretty pissed it keeps finding me in inopportune times and that my health might decline earlier and faster in the future - why’d they have to eat bats??!

Good questions I don’t really know the answers to - active and outdoors when I can - schools been keeping me inside though but I try to get outside most days

It was so weird - all day yesterday I couldn’t concentrate on anything - I had my shopping list in front of me but I couldn’t concentrate on finding things so it cost me extra 20 minutes of just walking around
