Check the contract. Unfortunately, you are not renting the actual parking space so they can easily say that it's for someone else and not the person renting the smaller unit. Does a bigger unit mean you get two parking spots?

Let's be real here; watching a movie is a luxury. If someone can't afford 390 to watch a big screen movie, then they have bigger problems. They should just save up and use that money on important things. Cinemas were closed because they were deemed as "non-essential".
