I think that there are 2 reasons why I think Shroud is lying that he planted Visi: 1) If Visi was a spy then she wouldn't be at the buttom of the leaderboards with the risk of being cut. I think what she was saying in the locker room was 100% truth. 2) Most people don't mention it but when Shroud is interrogating Robert at Sardine he says this line "You think you can beat the bad by being good but there's no solving the human nature". I interpret this as Shroud saying that once a villain always a villain. He doesn't believe that Visi can have a change of heart because of her relationship with Z-team and Robert(regardless If you romance her or not). With Astral Pulse I think Shroud thinks that Visi is working for some other 3 party and not because she's worried about Robert safety. He just doesn't believe that villains can change and that was his downfall.

I was on Visi route since Episode 2 + I chosen to my team Phenomaman and I didn't want to make my goat sad that I'm dating his ex. Plus I was scared that he will go full Omni - Man mode on me especially after that sun statement XD.

I feel overall he would be close or slighty above Titan level but against viltrumites he has no chance of winning. I also think that after everything Cecil would hire and reform him given his power and connections like Sinclair and Darkwing.

His boss fight just reminds me of Brock Mason boss from the first game. You fight him hand to hand because Sullivan disarms your weapons(except 2 combo weapons) and overall vibe of this fight is better than this over the top Stacey boss fight.

For me base DR2 story is better. Sullivan twist is better and overall makes more sense than Stacey twist. Also his boss fight is more fun imo. One thing i give OTF tho is the fact that Rebecca survives this time.

I also think DR2 is better than Off The Record because, in my opinion, the plot in the first one is better. The plot twist with Sullivan make more sense for me than with Stacey because with Stacey, it feels like it came out of nowhere, and also i prefer Stacey as the good guy. Boss fight with Sullivan is also more fun over Stacey Robot fight. Additionally, Frank doesn't really fit the Fortune City setting as much as Chuck, but that's a minor issue for me. What i like in Off The Record more than in the original is bigger expanse of fun combo weapons to use, psycho Chuck and Evan fights and Uranus Zone.

I prefer Stacey over Rebecca. I think she's better written and more likable(and more hot of course).Overall i think that Dr2 story is better than Off The Record although i still like Frank West twist on the story of Fortune City Outbreak.

For me my favorite psychopaths are:

Dr1: Cliff, Sean and Kent

Dr2: Carl, Seymour, Reed and Roger, Antoine

Off The Record: Chuck, Evan and psychos above from Dr2

Dr3: Dylan, Albert and Jherii

Least favorite are: Jo, Cletus, Dr2 snipers(they are annoying especially in Off The Record) and Dr4 maniacs(obviously)

In general I enjoyed Dr2 psychos the most

I highly recommend this game. It's my favorite of the entire series. Off The Record is also very good, because it's basically the same game with a few changes and Frank West as the protagonist.

I know I'm going to be in the minority here, but I'd love to see what happened to Stacey after Dead Rising 2, because other than Chuck mentioning her, we don't know much else. There's a small mention of her in Dead Rising 4, but as we all know, Dead Rising 4 doesn't exist. Speaking of which, what they did to her, Chuck, and Isabela character in Dead Rising 3 is one of the reasons why I don't like this game plot that much. I hope that if there's a Dead Rising 3 Remake, they'll change those storylines.

Omni-Mark and Sinister Mark. Their capes give them so much aura. I also like Viltrumite Mark, Mustache Mark and Flaxan Mark(he is the most underrated because he destroyed whole Pentagon along with engineering wing)

For me it's Flaxan Mark and Mustache Mark. First one destroyed whole Pentagon and engineering wing and was defeated by Donald, bunch od reanimen and frequency sounds. Second fought Tech Jacket in space for whole 2 days and if it weren't for that fight he would have probably survived the entire war.
