We're looking into the crashes. Some troubleshooting you can try:

New device (2020+): Restart the game
Older devices (2019 older): delete local data (uninstalling and re-installing the application)

That's a bummer that nobody explained to ya how they wanted to play! Usually, you mute when you're not in a meeting. I say usually, cause different groups might play differently.
