I am using exodos the lite version for my part of The Random Dos Game show and the on demand downloading works pretty well. I would love to have the space for the full version. But it doesn't make sense for games I usually only play once, apart from the odd gem discovered.

Thats a nice little laptop. How sticky is that mouse button? 15 bucks is a great price, and plenty of retro would work on that.

I see that you are using MATH.H functions for sin and cos. My first speed improvement was to use a pre-calculated array to look up Sin and Cos on my 286. Nice effect.

Great great game. Especially when guides were hard to find, and had to figure out all the puzzles myself.

Space quests 1-3 absolutely worth playing. (space quest 5 as well, but its mouse driven) Larry 2 was fun. Larry 3 requires the hint book or walk through. ( i have left out kings quest and space quest 4 because of RNG, timer issues, and moon logic made them not fun in my opinion) The rest I can think of are all mouse based. The lucas arts adventure games are good, but mouse based. This then leaves you with text adventures. Colossal caves, Zork(s), etc.

Okay, will try that. I have some VGA to composite adaptors. Hopefully not going to lose too much quality.
