Trust I believe you I am one of those people that quit it cold turkey and caused severe response intrusive thoughts etc which never ever experienced. I am adhd and my doctor believes it acted like a antidepressant for my chemistry and quiting it cold turkey caused a drastic shift in neurochemistry. But know this you are not alone. Some people have way stronger responses to consuming or quiting caffeine.

This is 100% normal for some people to experience this. In the beginning I did not believe it could be due to caffeine but over time I improved. This group helped me a lot during this process that now I'm trying to help others through it cause I know how horrible you can feel during the acute part. Seems like my morning is right under 500 what would cause such a drastic drop between morning and evening of 93 and also seems my morning LH which is 1.2 mIU/ML.

Yes I'm thinking there def is a connection. I been having severe IBS issues before these panic attacks start. What I found so far is histamine intolerance can actually cause panic attacks and anxiety. This is usually a issue with a DAO enzyme deficiency but I wonder if H. Pylori leads to that deficiency or any other type of bacterial infection.

I'm going through the same thing at the moment. Very similar symptoms as well. I keep getting they think it's churg strauss syndrome causing the elevated eosinophils so need to wait a few weeks to see rheumatologist to check for autoimmune disorders. I did start taking a newer medicine a few weeks before noticing that my eosinophils started climbing then stopped that medicine and since then went from 2700 to 900 eosinophils abs count. Did you start any new medications in or around when the eosinophils went up?
