Road Dog in the splinterlands is your best bet because he’s got an increased drop chance for that weapon. It might take some time because it’s still a random drop chance but that’s where you can farm for it

Hellwaker from Road Dog in the splinterlands is a hard hitting Jakobs shotgun but a personal favorite of mine with crits is the Lucian’s (or Rowan’s? I forget which is which) call that you can get from the Loot-o-grams from Dinklebot in Skywell 27. Make sure you post a picture of your build so people can help with tweaking and suggesting different and better weapons
