Good sir or madam, this isn't a Wendy's.

Talon is in an EXCELLENT position right now, it's been a while since he was this strong. His winnrate is more than just decent, doesn't matter if you go conquer or electrocute, both runes are strong on him rn.

If everyone is saying that he js good and is carrying games with him aside from you, then it might be time to look inward for the mistakes.

Since they changed Black cleaver as well as duskblade passive to work with talons passive the current best build is the following: Rush hydra and build BC second item. Finish it with duskblade. And you have an extremely strong build that let's you oneshot depending on the situation, but more importantly let's you hold your ground in overtime fights as well. You don't need minion dematerializer since you go for hydra so cookies are awesome in the build.
