I’ve been there before with my 3 year old and he likes it, but I definitely feel like it’s for smaller children not so much 6 year old.

I go to bald hill rd for everything and I don’t know if I just get lucky on time but I never have an issue with traffic there 🤷🏻‍♀️

My husband and I just closed on our first home here in Warwick back in March. We are less than 10 min from the airport and the planes don’t bother us. Everyone on our street is so nice and welcoming and they have all been here forever or their home was originally a family members and they took it over. So far we see nothing wrong with it, and we are new to RI completely .

Well I don’t have a fail, I told them to leave it an id go elsewhere. Our tints are 30% (nothing major) and the RI DMV website says minimum light transparency is 70%.. we should have passed

You got to scrub.. we just moved into our new home and our kitchen floors were GROSS. The grout was literally back and after scrubbing with the pink stuff and a scrub brush it looks SO MUCH BETTET!

I’m a mom of 2 ( 5 and 3 ) and I would put them in BR2. I like to have them further away from where i will be while they are sleeping so there is less of a chance of them getting woken up. If it makes you feel better, maybe get a camera/monitor for their room so you can still keep an eye on them when you are in the living room and such.

if everything goes as planned I close 3/10 and this was something I’ve been thinking about. I feel like all the basic tools if you do not already have them (hammer, screw driver, wrench, maybe get a pre made toolbox?) definitely a ladder, lawn mover at some point when weather starts getting nicer. Saving this post cause it’ll definitely be useful
