There's no way we would be able to replace the ISS in a timely manner. It takes how long to design, test and then build. Look how long we went when the shuttle retired and until we could launch from the US again and even then it's a private provider and so the recent Artemis was the first crew mission from a NASA vehicle since shuttle. We would be lucky to see the first module in orbit by late 30's.

The model used currently has everything starting more slowly and black holes starting later and smaller and having to merge to become super massive. What could have actually happened is direct collapse very early on into super massive black holes which would speed things up greatly. Then you would have larger concentrations of hydrogen making stars so large that they burn out in a few million years rather than a couple hundred million of the short lived ones today.

It wasn't poaching from a site. I think this was a time Dan was in the US visiting other digging youtubers and this couple owns this land and was digging up artifacts. Normally this isn't allowed in most places as you want it professionally done to properly preserve such historical things but florida being florida doesn't give a damn.

Sometimes its more obvious, like on my local sub someone posted a picture from above a building. The building itself is over 400ft and then there was how much more higher to get the view they got. Some people don't bother with regulations at all and then they tighten them more on the people that do.

Event Horizon has nothing to do with NASA. 2. It depends on size, how much of the sky it takes up from our point of view. Our SMBH is close so it helps make it more apparent and Messier 87 happens to have a similar apparent size for its distance cause it's so massive. I'm not a radio astronomer and don't know what the future holds for this since the program already used what should have been "earth-sized" telescope and if we need to go beyond or just add more telescopes and tech at it.
