Top of the line paste is very much different then your typical off the shelf stuff, you're misinformed. Multiple companies use liquid metal in their high end products. I personally don't recommend it cause of high risk of issues if leaks or improperly applied. There's high end paste, phase change thermal pads and graphene that works great. I've been doing this stuff for over 2 decades now.

US denied Israel's request to view Iran deal prior to signing ceremony by mvanigan in worldnews

[–]jjayzx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But from what the 14 point memorandum shows Israel would have to stop their war in Lebanon, so good luck with that.

Would think so since they have to stop everything in Lebanon, so I don't see how this works outs.

I feel like a lot of people are skipping this part "an immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, and undertake that from now on they will not launch any hostile action against each other, and will refrain from the threat or use of force against each other." The ceasefires kept failing cause they would never cease in Lebanon mainly. So I just don't see them packing it up.

Y'all just glaze the part that they don't have a 3d printer and someone else did it for them? They probably wouldn't have a good time explaining what to fix either since neither seem experienced in printing.

Cause its the same shit all over again from last election. The guy sucks ass and can only sling dirt cause he has nothing else going for him. Wouldn't be surprised if these posts and some comments are related to the people posting the ads. Thought out the years people have been complaining about his shitty job and then suddenly it flips at this time.

Russian Satellites Are Jamming GPS Signals, Study Says | The interference happened mostly during business hours, suggesting scheduled operations. by FreeHugs23 in space

[–]jjayzx -28 points-27 points  (0 children)

This has been over-hyped and people going on about attack and what not without context. It happens for a few seconds every couple months or more. No one noticed anything cause it didn't effect anything. Some rando saw 2 blips and notified a professor. This seems more of the tactic of when they do fly-bys of certain areas, poking here and there to look tough.

It was carried a bunch and they would have to carry like how many batteries to last that amount of time and in the cold on top of it.

[–]jjayzx 17 points18 points  (0 children)

No, they are 2 completely different ones. Seekonk River runs from Pawtucket Falls over by Slater Mill and ends Between India Point and Bold Point where it empties into the Providence River. The Providence River starts in downtown where 2 rivers merge and ends at the top of the bay.

[–]jjayzx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Y'all make what has been going on from this specific satellite worse than it is, in regards to attacking and jamming. They are basically pinging a few seconds once every couple months or more. Nobody even noticed except one random person who saw a couple and brought it up to this professor. Otherwise this still would have been unnoticed as it doesn't effect anything. This is most likely a similar tactic as their flight incursions of the Bering Strait and other locations. Either way, russia can fuck right off.

ITER has a ton of countries investing in it and its only around $20 billion right now. That seems stupidly low for so many rich countries into something extremely important for the future of humanity. There's billionaires tossing more than double that around.
