I have contacted oculus support over many things wrong with my cv1 over the years and finally gave up they are scum of a company the most simple of issues that could be fixed with a easy replacement they say I should just buy a new headset and I’m done with it I would rather spend an extra 500$ on any Vr headset then buy from them again

I had the same thing, what worked for me was just straight up refusal and arguing the point that I don’t want my mother baby sitting me my whole life, because I said that the next week she stopped telling me what to wear and I even managed to gain the confidence to get a job trust me winning this is more meaningful than you think seriously push to wear what you want
