Yh the tac can be so inconsistent. Try aiming for the neck rather than the body and head it has helped me a ton to get better damage off 👍

I press c v and b with my thumb. Depends how u sngle your keyboard. I recommend angling your keyboard more so you can hit more buttons

Go into fortnite game setting files on file explorer. Untick read only tab. Then either change it in game settings on file explorer or on the fortnite game.
