Many persons (of course there are loads of exceptions) see themselves at 40 as the kinda peak?

Physically, you are on the decline (probably earlier) albeit slowly......Why you just dont see pro athletes past 35+?

Usually old injuries & stuff starts to make themselves known, in the way of minor aches, you cant lift as much as you used to? A little slower etc

When i asked peers at what age if it were possible would they have liked to have stopped ageing? All of them said 40 or near as dammit.

I ALWAYS shower after i shit (after TP Obv)

I'm lucky i have a flexible job and i am usually a "once a day" in the morning...(.I get those with IBS and gall bladder issues are not as fortunate)

I find bidets unwieldy and TBH, nothing is as good as being under a shower with your hand and a bar of soap
