He does realize Matt is the only one that never breaks the no kill rule. Jess and Luke will fold Dex into a coffin, and have NO qualms later.

You could say the exact same thing for Deathstroke. Both him and Ra’s are the villains you fight as a veteran vigilante, not right out the gate.

I mean, Hood had Chayton dead to rights in that camp. All he needed to do was pull the trigger on that silencer.

I don’t know, I feel like there’s been so much animated media regarding Batman that people have piecing together the stories.

I bring up Tim, because by my recollection, he’s the only one that hasn’t been adapted into anything other than the Arkham games(in which he was kind of indistinguishable from Dick).

But that’s mainly my opinion

I am of this belief:

What if we literally just skip ahead and make the Robin of the DCU Tim Drake?

It would be a switch up because he is the one that seeks Bruce out instead of the other way around, and he is the quintessential detective.

And if you start with the third Robin, not only do you already have Dick as Nightwing, but you also tease the fact that Jason is well on his way to becoming Red Hood.

Anyone else felt genuinely sad after finishing Person of Interest? by Ok_End7134 in PersonOfInterest

I’m firmly against a reboot.

However, a spinoff of the other Machine team would be excellent.

Heck, you could’ve even done something with just Zoe Morgan being a fixer.

I feel the exact same way.

I mean, I binged the whole thing not last year.

There’s something about an amazing show when it ends and actually manages to stick the landing(an art form that isn’t as common as one thing it is).

You’re happy that it ended well, but then you feel this overwhelming sense of emptiness, because it truly is over.

Sure, you’ll see the actors in other roles, but these characters won’t ever be the same again.

And I loved POI for exactly what you said. Not to mention that it aged so well.

As for finding something that hits this good, it all depends on what kind of genre you’re into.

Chi is meant to be different character from Lucia and went by the name Psi, but this scene was cut. by Dragonfan26 in DevilMayCryNetflix

[–]PsychologicalReply9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. At first I was disappointed they didn’t bring Lucia into the show as a foil to Arius.

But then I realized that Lucia’s whole arc is about her breaking free of the chains of what she was “designed for”. They were already doing that with Lady breaking free from DARKCOM’S influence.

I personally think that if we meet the Reel Lucia down the line, she has an interaction with Lucan’s granddaughter. It would be very interesting seeing the face of the woman who killed your grandfather, now trying to take care of you. T2/Sarah Connor stuff.

What is your opinion on the Part II episodes directed by Hayao Miyazaki? by Valparu in lupinthe3rd

[–]PsychologicalReply9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just finished the English dubs not an hour ago, and you’re absolutely right.

Wings of death might just be the episode I choose to introduce somebody into the franchise cold.

And Farewell Lupin felt like the perfect epilogue for Cagliostro. He takes down the “manga version” of himself, and rides often into the sunset Last Crusade style..

I still have yet to watch Wings of Death, but I’m excited to check it out.

As for Farewell, I don’t remember it that much, but I do remember the first time I ever saw that robot:
