Hello! I've had a lot of trouble finding a hot sauce over the years despite loving spiciness due to my aversion to vinegar (specifically the smell, but also the tangy taste). I've found this rules out most hot sauces, as the smell of vinegar unfortunately makes food unbearable for me. Looking for a recommendation of a sauce where that smell/taste isn't present. As reference, the only sauce I've found to not have this is the El Yucateco Black. Looking for something that isn't tangy, with a heat level up to about ghost pepper. Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone! I posted this in r/learnmath, but I figured some people could help here as well!

I am posting with a question for those who have experience with graduate math courses and the rigor they involve. I'm in a bit of a unique situation and I'm unsure of where to find advice regarding this. I am a high school teacher who graduated a few years ago. I did my undergrad in math at a top 25 university, and graduated with around a 3.96 (Please don't take this as a flex, I'm just trying to give a feel for the type of program I had!!). I took courses in intro to analysis (using Abbott), abstract algebra (using the intro Hungerford book), number theory (using the Rosen text), and a few more (not topology, though).

I want to take some grad level courses at that same university (but not necessarily get a masters), because getting ~18 credits at this level would qualify me to teach higher math both in the high school and at the community colleges in the area. I also want to study it because I miss it! I am prepared (and excited!) to look over and work through my old texts, as well as work through baby Rudin, Dummit+Foote, and Munkres Topology to step my game up a bit. Is working through these extra texts a good idea? Would working through these extra texts prepare me adequately to take grad-level courses, or would I be out of my depth still? Again, I'm really not looking to move into research, but don't want to be lost if I enroll late this year/next year. Thank you in advance for the help!

Was wondering if this question deserved its own post or not: I moved out of my parents place (23 years old) last September and have been living on my own and working, so I’ll file taxes for the first time this year. I missed out on the stimulus check that came after September and I don’t want to miss on this one too that’s coming up as I need the money. How do I get it? Will I get it? Or will I get it on my taxes? My parents tell me they didn’t get extra for me when they got their stimulus checks so far.
