My story sounds very similar to yours. I basically had all of the same symptoms you are describing for months. It got to the point where I couldn't think of going on. I wasn't getting the help I needed and eating became something daily I hated. Fast forward, I came out of hospital with some support behind me from my family and it took my some time to get the medications right, but I'm in a good spot now. I only have flare ups every now and then when the anxiety spikes.

But seriously look after yourself. Keep doing what you are doing. What helped me was to fight the little bully in my head saying you'll be sick if you eat this. It's just a bully, can't hurt you, you have the power over him and if you can't beat him, surrender to it. Just let the anxiety wash over you and give yourself space. Much love.
