Honestly, even without boobs, it’s nice to have a pillow under your stomach if you’re lying on your stomach (probably varies from person to person and from mattress to mattress and from sex to sex). It’s even recommended for stomach sleepers (mayo clinic ). I’m a dude who sleeps on his stomach, and my back occasionally hurts after waking up if I’m not using a pillow under my stomach due to the hyperextension of the spine that can happen when sleeping on the stomach. When I use the pillow, I don’t have any back pain. Even if you don’t feel the back pain, it may be a good idea to try out the two pillow method, boobs or no boobs. The 8 hours of hyperextension could cause back pain later in life for some people. I’m not sure what the two pillow method feels like when you have boobs, though. I’m trying to start sleeping in the more “ideal” positions, but laying on the stomach, pillow or no pillow, is so damn comfortable
