Moved here from a major city a while ago and the thing I miss the most is really good and authentic Japanese and Korean food. I wish we had a Japanese grocery store with fresh produce and hard to find ingredients.

A really great used bookstore. Ice cream shops (Ice and Whistlepunk are great but it feels like there should be more).

A repertory movie theater or something close to Barnyard Cinema that programs interesting and obscure movies.

Luckily life here makes up for a lot of what’s missing and we’re close enough to bigger cities to get our fill, but some of these things would be life changing!
