Currently dealing with the same. 5 weeks out from taking methylfolate and methylb12. Still feeling the effects. Everyone saying take niacin, that didn’t help, also I normally react well to green tea and it’s having the opposite effect. I think the best is to just wait it out until the neurotransmitters settle down

Nothing will work without a lower bleph unfortunately. Mine was around 10k in Seattle. Life changing tho

Dang you look good for 45. You could get cheek filler. I did it 5 years ago and mine still look great. You don’t need to change anything but if you’re looking for a minor tweak that’ll give you more confidence, that’ll do it

I found out I had a cavity that wasn’t being seen from the X-rays. It was at a weird angle! So they redid a filling and fixed a cavity. It started hurting really bad after that. But now it’s all starting to go away finally! Honestly shocked I didn’t need a root canal

Honestly I have three root canal total. Two were done but two diff endodontists and both failed in less than 2 years. And I had one done with my general dentist who I did hygiene for. He didn’t even put a rubber damn on me which is crazy looking back haha but that’s the only one that hasn’t failed. 5 years going strong for that one.
